Originally called the Greenwood Insurance Center Greenwood Insurance has been a Cortland fixture since September 1st 1959 when Robert Sr. opened up shop in downtown Cortland.In July of 1981 the company became the Greenwood Insurance Agency Inc. and moved to it’s current location on State Route 5. Following in Robert Sr’s footsteps in 1991 Robert Greenwood Jr. began providing Ohio residents with the same knowledge and enthusiasm as Robert Sr. has for so many years.
