We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including accounts that appear fraudulent, inactive, abusive, unauthorized, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

If you own or represent a business listed on OhioBiz.com, you may contact us to request an update, correction, claim, or removal of a listing.
We may require verification before making changes. Verification may include confirming your relationship to the business, your contact information, your business email address, public records, website ownership, or other information.
We may decline requests that we believe are unauthorized, inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, abusive, unlawful, inconsistent with directory quality, or otherwise inappropriate.
Removal of a listing from OhioBiz.com does not guarantee removal from search engines, AI tools, cached pages, browser tools, third-party websites, archives, screenshots, or other services that may have indexed or copied public information.
“User Content” means any information, text, photos, logos, images, business descriptions, website links, social media links, reviews, corrections, updates, messages, files, or other materials that you submit, upload, post, send, or otherwise provide to OhioBiz.com.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You have the right to submit the User Content;
The User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, trade secret, contractual right, or other right of another person or entity;

This license allows us to display listings, improve descriptions, resize images, format content for different pages or devices, create summaries, show listings in search results, include listings in category and location pages, and promote OhioBiz.com.
If you remove or request removal of User Content, we may continue to retain copies as needed for backups, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, archival records, or legitimate business purposes.
OhioBiz.com may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, or AI-assisted tools to support website operations and directory quality. These tools may help us:
Draft, edit, summarize, or improve business and community descriptions;
Categorize, tag, or organize listings;

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. We may review, edit, verify, or reject AI-assisted outputs, but we do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be error-free.
You may not use OhioBiz.com or its listing features to submit AI-generated spam, fake reviews, fake businesses, misleading business descriptions, impersonations, copied content, mass-produced doorway content, or deceptive content designed to manipulate search engines, AI engines, users, rankings, citations, or directory visibility.
You are responsible for reviewing any content you submit, including content created or assisted by AI tools. You may not submit AI-generated or AI-assisted content unless you have the right to use it and it complies with these Terms.

Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
Upload malware, viruses, malicious code, tracking scripts, or harmful files;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, servers, databases, or networks;
Interfere with the operation, security, speed, integrity, or availability of OhioBiz.com;
Collect personal information from users or businesses for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited marketing purposes;
Use OhioBiz.com to send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, phishing, scams, or fraudulent offers;

Fees are non-refundable once a paid listing, advertisement, sponsorship, or service has been activated, unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing;
We may change prices, packages, and features prospectively.

The amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose; or

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
