Brucken Foods has been serving the Dayton area since 1913 when Louie Brucken started delivering pickles spices and condiments out of a horse-drawn wagon. Today owners Steve and Mary Lingg continue to service Dayton's finest restaurants with their proprietary seasonings and sauces.
