The goal of the Good Samaritan Free Health Center is find a medical home for uninsured non Medicaid/Medicare eligible adults where they are able to receive regular primary health care. As a result of these health care services it is anticipated that uninsured adults in Hamilton County at risk for chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension will find a medical home receive timely routine primary health care and ultimately enjoy a better quality of life.
