Middle Bass is an unincorporated island community in Put-in-Bay Township; the township had a population of 727. Located on Middle Bass Island, the community is known for boating, marinas, island homes, vineyards, Middle Bass Island State Park, and its relaxed Lake Erie island atmosphere just north of South Bass Island and Put-in-Bay.
