United Returning Citizens URC is a movement preparing individuals and families for successful transition from incarceration or other trama-based situations to re-entry into their respective communities. URC aims to develop a culture of collect support and individual responsibility. We work collaboratively with other like minded people and organizations with a related mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve and the people that they encounter during their personal journey.
