Bucyrus is the county seat of Crawford County. It is located in northern Ohio, about 28 miles west of Mansfield and 66 miles southeast of Toledo. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 11,684. Bucyrus is known for its annual Bratwurst Festival, which celebrates the city's German heritage and its famous bratwursts. Bucyrus is also home to several businesses and industries, such as Eagle Crusher, Bucyrus Copper Kettle Works, Crossroads Original Designs, and Bucyrus Railcar Repair.
