Ottawa, Ohio
Ottawa is a small village that serves as the county seat of Putnam County. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 4,349 people. It is located about 51 miles southwest of Toledo, a major port city on the Maumee River. Some of the places of interest in Ottawa include the Putnam County Courthouse, a historic building that was constructed in 1912 and features a classical revival style; the Ottawa Metro Park, a recreational area that offers camping, fishing, hiking, and boating facilities; and the Ottawa Historical Museum, which displays artifacts and exhibits related to the history and culture of the village and the county.
